A Southern California native,

With a father as an engineer at McDonald Douglas that designed aircraft in the 50's and 60's, and an older brother as an
architect, Howard developed a passion and keen skill for cutting edge design and the development of high end properties
that he set into motion in the 70's and 80's. Howard received wide recognition in the real estate industry when he saved several large notable homes from destruction because of road widening projects by having them lifted off their foundations and moved to new locations. The company that moved several of Howard Poulton's large 2 story homes was the same company that also moved the Howard Hughes, Hercules (Spruce Goose) from Long Beach CA. to the Evergreen Museum located in Oregon.

After years of success in designing and developing beautiful homes, Howard Poulton formed a real estate division within his company that excelled at the marketing and sales of the properties that he developed. Starting In the 80's Howard's real estate company quickly expanded into the Marketing and sales of luxury residential real estate.

An east Coast transplant, Margaret O’Brien has enjoyed living in Southern California for most of her life. Having grown-up in Southern California Margaret is well versed in the relaxed, luxury lifestyle people seek when looking to purchase a home along California’s gold coast.

After several years of successfully navigating the world of human resource management, Margaret left her career to concentrate on her family and her volunteer work with local agencies and organizations.

Her extensive work has earned her the coveted and prestigious Presidential Award for Volunteerism. She maintains her status as a community leader by continuing a long term executive position with a foundation that serves children in the performing arts, as well as, her involvement with animal rescue groups.

With a broadening desire to assist those in her community, a deep rooted love of design and beautiful homes in the area, Margaret bridged her passions and entered the real estate industry in 2007. She quickly rose to the top of her field, achieving a Top Producer award within two years of becoming a REALTOR®. Her attention to detail, care and communication are well regarded with her clients and colleagues.

Keeping up with current trends and market changes are an important part of Margaret’s business. She holds several designations and accreditation's for a higher level of real estate education such as GRI, SFR, ABR, SRES, and CNE.
